Stinging Nettle amazing for hair growth. By improving the scalps circulation, it gives your hair follicles a chance at growth while even decreasing the amount of hair shedding.

Roses are antibacterial and antimicrobial, promotes a health hair growth and give the hair a lovely shine. 

Castor oil carries ricinoleic acid and omega-6 essential fatty acids, which accelerate blood circulation to the scalp, hence increasing hair growth.

Sweet Almond oil is a sealant and hair protector. It is rich in vitamins A, B1, B6 which contains antioxidants that promote blood and nutrient circulation to the scalp. 

Lavender is a perfect cure for itchy scalp but additionally to protect you from the harmful bacteria or fungi that mat attack your scalp.

Main Ingredients: Sweet Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil, Lavender flowers, Stinging Nettles, Rosemary Oil, Tea Tree Oil and Peppermint Oil (150ml).

Payment

We accept online payments by credit or debit cards using a secure encrypted payment gateway provided by Shopify. For customers with a PayPal account, we offer the option to use your Paypal balance.

Payment can also be made via a bank transfer. Please email orders@koyoshairkare to request this.

Shipping

The majority of orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, however, occasionally there may be a delay which is outside our control.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, we recommend that you check with your neighbours and in the usual places your postman leaves parcels for you (sheds, behind bins etc.) and also visit your local Royal mail Sorting Office in person to check whether they are holding a parcel for you, even if no notification card has been left to advise of an attempted delivery. 99.9% of delayed orders are at their local Royal Mail Sorting Office awaiting collection by the customer. If not collected by the customer within 3 weeks, parcels are usually returned to us. Please read section 'UNDELIVERED/RETURNED PACKAGES'

By ordering from our website the customer accepts that we do use the services of Royal Mail, which sometimes will require you to collect your parcel from the post office or the sorting office.

Please note we cannot re-send items or issue refunds for lost parcels until at least 15 working days after placing your order have passed. We do not accept responsibility for loss or any other consequence caused by a delivery delays.

Refunds Exchanges

We will not refund the P&P fee of £4.50 (for UK orders) and the relevant fee for overseas orders WILL NOT be refunded.

The following products will not be accepted for refund, even if they have not been used - Mango & Cocoa Body Butter, Shea & Cocoa Body Butter and Bead Balm.



Should you decide to have your order re-sent, please note we will request payment of the applicable shipping fee (not our usual P&P) before sending your order for the second time. For larger orders, this will be £7.50 orders below 1 kg will be £3.95

Should you decide to request refund, we will refund the cost of the products only, minus the actual cost we've incurred for the shipping.

If you change your mind and wish to return a product, you must notify us of your intention within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that due to hygene reasons we can only accept UNUSED products for refund, providing they are returned to us in re-saleable condition and within 14 days of receiving your order.
We urge new customers to try our products in their smallest size (where applicable) before purchasing full size products, as we will not be able to accept used products for refund should a sensitivity to a product be discovered at a later stage.
All return costs will be the customers responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product.

Whilst every effort is made to accurately describe our products, there may be slight variations in product colours, packaging design or specification. We endeavor to make sure pricing is correct at time of publishing, but reserve the right to change prices due to error or supplier changes.

Once an order has been placed we are not able to add to it or combine it with another order. The only change we can do for you is correct spelling mistakes in the delivery address, or cancel it completely providing it has not been dispatched.
