What are the ways to Pay?
You have the option of paying via Paypal, Credit Card or Debit Card. Vitae do not handle any credit card information.
Does Vitae London ship internationally?
Yes we do. All items are dispatched all over the world from our London (England) headquarters.
How long does your online delivery take?
Shipping within the UK has a 3-5 working day arrival time from the day after purchase and international shipping has a 5-10 working day time frame. If your watch does not arrive within the stated time please contact customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
Every customer is entitled to change their mind and return a watch for an exchange or full refund within 30 days providing the watch is in the exact packaging as it was received. Make sure the plastic is still on the watch face and base. Leather watches should be securely fastened within the Vitae box sliding the strap with the adjustment holds inside the elastic band and the watch facing upwards. Finally the Vitae manual should be placed in-between the watch straps. All returns should be sent back to our London location and an email sent to our returns department at email@example.com Once we have logged your return request you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will take place between 3-5 working days after that. If you haven’t received an email within 10 days please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
Warranty and repair
What is covered under warranty and what is not?
From date of purchase your watch has a 2 year international guarantee. This covers defects to do with the watch itself such as movement and mechanical parts. If a fault occurs within this time please contact the Vitae London customer service team email@example.com stating your name, address, order number and a description of the fault.
Any other issues will be charged for replacement/repair even within the warranty period. These other issues include *Damage caused by carelessness (knocks, dents, broken/cracked face), *battery replacements, *water penetration beyond 5ATM, *tarnishing for wear and tear of the strap or tarnishing of the case. If you are unsure about whether you are covered or not contact our customer service and we will be able to let you know.
Can I have my watch repaired by any watch store?
We recommend that you get your watch seen by a reputable watch specialist who can assess the damage and let you know if the issue is something that is generally covered under warrantee, if there are any doubts please contact us.
